Channeling... Kelly Osbourne

I was looking at some pictures of Kelly Osbourne last night. Although I did not love everything she wore, something about her overall style I liked. So today I dressed with Kelly in mind. Here is what I took note from:



I decided that black and red lips were a must if this look was going to resemble Kelly.
